The terahertz wave carries the information of the test sample through transmission or reflection and is received by the terahertz detector.
Spectral analysis technology can be used to obtain physical information such as the refractive index, absorption coefficient, and dielectric constant of the sample, and then the qualitative and quantitative identification of the substance can be performed.
